Northwood Buildings provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 100 odometer miles from the nearest Northwood Buildings sales center.
Delivery over 100 miles is also available, but incurs a per mile fee. Please contact us for current delivery costs.
Buildings are set at grade with wood shims used to level the building. Additional blocking must be provided to the driver by the customer, at the time of delivery. The driver...
We offer a 12.99% loan for 5, 10 or 15 years.
A credit check is required. We can do a soft pull on your credit to see if you’re pre-approved. You'll need to be listed on the deed to the where your building is going to be approved.

Floor
All buildings come with their own floor system. 8' and 10' buildings have 2 4x6 notched runners with pressure treated floor joists 16" on center. All 12' and 14' wide buildings have 4 runners. Floor decking is 3/4" T&G plywood on all building except for the garages and greenhouses. Garage get floorjoists 12" on center and 3/4" pressure treated plywood.
